Grilling
Grilled meats are usually dry after cooking.
To keep meats moist and tender, use Truly during grilling process.
Before grilling:
1. Clean meat, remove excess fat and membrane, pierce steak.
2. Marinate before cooking or use during grilling, cut steak at ½”-1” intervals, and repeat process for ribs (cut 1” between bones).
3. Rub or brush a little vegetable oil on both sides of meat, this seals in flavors during cooking and prevents meats from sticking to grill.
4. Brush or squirt Truly’s on meat as turned.
